Terms & Conditions
- The particular conditions of each event may vary and guests should pay attention to them before enrollment. Guests shall be responsible for the safety of themselves and their belongings. By enrolling their events, guests agree to the conditions set out.
- Guests shall cooperate fully with other participants, as well as respecting the local culture and residents.
- Guests are responsible for air tickets, medical and travel insurance, visa, traveling expense and personal payment etc.
- Guests shall understand the visa requirement and its approval condition of the destination before enrollment. Guests are responsible for arranging their visas and bearing all costs incurred on visa application.
- Guests shall keep updated to Bee Culture Travel via email if any change of their important information such as contact and travel information. Bee Culture Travel is not liable for any incident arises from guests’ failure to provide accurate and updated information.
- If guests choose to end their events early, they must bear their own risks.
- We strongly suggest all guests to buy travel and medical insurance before joining events. Bee Culture Travel shall not compensate any of guests’ losses.
- Guests should at all times comply with local laws and the rules of the events. Bee Culture Travel reserves the right to require guests to stop participating in events without any refund if they do not comply with the rules.
- Guests are required to follow the staff’s guidelines and arrangements when participating in scheduled activities or self-pay activities (if applicable), and to have assessment of your physical condition and activity content prior any activities. Guests are responsible for all liability losses and expenses. If you have any questions, you can seek advice from your doctor or professional.
- Bee Culture Travel has the right to decide whether to hold or cancel the event (such as weather or environmental factors) and to reserve the right to change the original itinerary (such as time, place, transportation, accommodation and meals etc.) as needed and without further notice. Guests should cooperate and must not object.
- Bee Culture Travel is not liable to any guest for (1) failure of any aircraft, ship, train, vessel or other means of transportation to depart or arrive according to any schedule, agreement or otherwise; and (2) any injury or loss to the applicant or property of the applicant arising from, or in any way connected with, the applicant’s participation in tours arranged through Bee Culture Travel, including but not limited to any injury or loss caused by mechanical difficulties, diseases, disasters, fire, traffic accidents, violence, robbery, hijack, riots, wars, civil disobedience, strikes, labour disputes, weather conditions, acts of God, quarantine, or any occurrence beyond the control of Bee Culture Travel.

Cancellation and Refunds
If guests cancel for any reason, which is notified by email and confirmed by us, Bee Culture Travel will refund according to the following conditions:
- If you notify us 40 days or more before the departure date (excluding the notification date), the refund will be 90%;
- If you notify us 31 days to 39 days before the departure date (excluding the notification date), the refund will be 50%;
- If you notify us 30 days or less before the departure date (excluding the notification date), No refund.
